Michael A. Blanco, CPA is the Founder and CEO of Blanco CPA + Advisors, an accounting and financial management firm built to operate as a fully outsourced back office for growth-minded business owners.
With nearly two decades of experience across public accounting, government, and entrepreneurship—including roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Internal Revenue Service—Michael brings a practical, operator-focused approach to financial leadership. In addition to his professional background, he is also a preschool owner, giving him firsthand insight into the financial and operational realities business owners face.
Under his leadership, Blanco CPA + Advisors integrates accounting, tax, and financial management into one accountable platform—helping clients gain clarity, confidence, and control as they grow.
A Team-Based Back Office Model
While Michael provides executive leadership and strategic oversight, clients are supported by a multi-disciplinary team designed to operate as their outsourced accounting and advisory back office.

Responsible for client experience, onboarding, communication workflows, and the systems that support accurate, timely financial delivery. This role ensures consistency, transparency, and responsiveness across all client engagements.
Director of Operations
Oversees internal operations, process design, capacity planning, and quality control, ensuring client work is delivered efficiently, accurately, and at scale across all client engagements, teams, systems, firmwide.
Senior Client Success Representatives
Serve as primary client contacts, coordinating communication, managing timelines, and ensuring client needs are addressed promptly, professionally, and consistently across engagements.
Accounting &
Tax Managers
Senior professionals overseeing client financial operations, reviewing work, and ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with each client’s strategic goals and objectives.
